Z133.1 Safety Standard

Note: The following is from the International Society of Arboriculture, a worldwide professional organization dedicated to fostering a greater appreciation for trees and to promoting research, technology, and the professional practice of arboriculture.

The 2006 revision of the Z133.1 safety standard provides significant changes to existing criteria in the United States for arborists and other workers engaged in arboricultural operations. It contains new sections on equipment-mounted winches, cranes, and rigging procedures. Complete with an index, expanded glossary, and seven appendices, this is an essential guide for federal, state, and municipal authorities in drafting regulations. (©2006, softcover, 55 pp., glossary, index)
